Shipping Information

Stocked items will ship within 1-2 business days. Items in the webstore are marked if they are "in stock" or "out of stock."

Shipping to US destinations is via US Postal, UPS, or FedEx.  The shipping charge for your selected method and destination is included in the purchase quote.

Electronic downloads are available for immediate download. The automatic download system allows multiple retries for a period of 3 days. There are no shipping or handling charges for downloads.

International Orders

We accept international orders only from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand at this time. Download only orders may be ordered directly. We ship international orders via US Postal Service. Other shipping services may be used for international orders at our sole discretion. Shipping charges and duties may need to be calculated manually for some destinations and may require additional charges. We will contact you via email to handle such cases.

Communication and Email

As an internet based store, our primary form of communication with customers is email. As such, we require a valid email address to communicate with you. We will send you at least one email to complete each transaction. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that they submit a valid email address, and that they are able to receive email communications from The Logic of English Store, Pedia Learning Inc., or its representatives.

In particular, SPAM blockers must be configured to allow email from our addresses at logicofenglish.com and pedialearning.com.

Our Return Policy

We offer an old-fashioned "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back" guarantee on our products. If you are displeased with any Pedia Learning product, you may return the item within 90 days of order for full refund. Prior authorization is required before any return will be accepted. Please contact us by email for return authorization.

Items must be returned in like-new, unblemished condition for full refund. Used, worn or blemished items and physically shipped electronic media, such as software, CDs, and DVDs that are opened, will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping must be paid by the customer except for defective items or packing error.

If you have any problems with an electronic download, please contact us to help resolve the problem.

Since there is no way to return electronic downloads, we do ask that you verify in writing - email is fine - that you have uninstalled the products in question and destroyed all copies of the product download file(s).

Credit from returned items will be refunded to the credit card used for purchase.
